Additionally, he possesses a Residential Builder’s license, under which he contributed to the construction of over a million square feet of homes. His General Contractor’s license reflects oversight of approximately 100,000 square feet of product development. David also holds an Insurance Adjuster’s license in multiple states, actively participating in hundreds of claims. His Real Estate Agent license attests to his involvement in transactions worth millions of dollars in lots and homes.
